Using Tenlord

Create a landlord account
Sign up, verify your email, then add a property. Invite comes after the property exists.

Invite a tenant
Generate an invite from the landlord portal. The tenant accepts and uses their own login for messages, documents, and repairs.

Messages and repairs
Keep both in Tenlord so you have dates, photos, and a status. Do not rely on a personal chat app as the only record.

Documents
Upload gas, electrical, EPC and related files against the property. Set the dates so reminders have something to watch.
