Tenlord is a UK product for people who let homes, not for corporate property empires. We keep the messages, the repair jobs, and the certificate dates in one place so you can find them when it matters.
Why we exist
Most small landlords do not fail because they are careless. They fail because the work lives in five tools. WhatsApp for the boiler. Email for the agent. A photo album for the inventory. A calendar reminder that got dismissed during a school run. Then a certificate expires, or a tenant asks for a dated trail, and the story has to be rebuilt from memory.
We got tired of watching that pattern. Tenlord is the quiet office for that work: professional threads, maintenance with a status, documents with dates. GDPR-aware, because you are handling other people's homes and identities, not a hobby forum.
